Biography

Mai Le is a Director of Product Management at Katalon with 20 years of experience across software engineering, delivery leadership, AI product management, and data science. She has led products and programs from ideation through development, launch, operation, and customer adoption, working with distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

At Katalon, Mai leads product direction for AI-powered capabilities including TrueTest, an agent-aware test generation solution that turns real user journeys into resilient regression coverage. She combines a Master of Data Science from the University of British Columbia with deep engineering leadership experience to build practical AI products for modern software quality teams.
